A simple 3-step approach
Manfredini Landscaping can design and build a landscape that is a custom fit for your property and lifestyle. Here are the steps in our design process:
Step 1
Our design team will meet with you to discuss your project, timing and budget. We talk about site conditions, privacy needs, play space for families, areas for dining and entertainment, vegetable, herb and cutting gardens, pool or water features, sport courts, rain gardens to solve drainage problems, and native plantings to support butterflies and pollinators.
Step 2
After we define your objectives, we head to the drawing board to create custom 2D and 3D renderings to help you visualize our designs. We will meet again to go over the drawings. If there are any plan revisions needed, these will be incorporated into the final drawings.
Step 3
Once a completed design is accepted, we put together a detailed price list and full construction plans. We then work with your municipality to guide your project though the permit process.
