Planting beds will be weeded, and driveways and patios will be swept weekly.

Seasonal tasks will be performed in a horticulturally responsible manner, including pruning at the proper time, cutting back perennials when appropriate, managing fall leaves as a nutrient source for planting beds, and rotating seasonal flowers in beds and containers.
